When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and an encrypted password. When you use BandKit, we store the content you create (bands, shows, setlists, songs, riders, transactions) so you can access it.

Your data is used solely to provide and operate BandKit. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We may use third-party service providers to help us operate and improve BandKit, for example for hosting, database management, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics. These providers may process personal data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We select providers that offer adequate data protection standards.

Payment processing

If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Payment details (such as card information and billing address) are collected and handled directly by the payment provider and are subject to their privacy policy. We do not store your full payment details. We only receive and retain limited information necessary to manage your subscription (such as subscription status and billing period).
